I already managed to forget that I had more pics to post from yesterday... grr, hate being old and senile.

First two still with the K100D, the others with the new Fuji F31.

Sunset reflection in the river.

Snowberries. I do like them.

See, I did have two cameras with me. :D

I'm starting to wonder whether I'll ever actually get anywhere with Enchanted - possibly because it's already so long - but I'm hoping that once I actually get to opening Word later and start typing, I'll know where it's heading. Well, I know where I want it to go eventually, but right now I'm not entirely sure how to get there. We'll see, I suppose. Perhaps I've hit my first tiny writer's block. Hmm.

More pretty pics! I like the relection of the sunset best.

Writer's block is not infectious. Honest. And if it is, blame the plot bunnies. *glares at dozy plot bunny snoring by the laptop*

*blames the plot bunnies*

Perhaps it's an infectious disease that affects plot bunnies? And spreads via the Internet?

Hmm, writer's block = plot bunny myxomatosis, spread by the internet... makes sense to me!

Number six is stunningly gorgeous, but in a traditionally pretty kind of way. I prefer number seven, with that stunning turquoise color in the midst of decay. It's more of what I think of as a Kribu shot.

Enchanted is moving along nicely. There is no need to rush it. Trust your muse.

Thanks! I admire moss but for some reason it's a difficult thing to photograph, being often out of focus. So I'm definitely pleased with that shot coming out well - I loved the combination of the colours there, with the muted darker leaves surrounding that bright spot.

*loves the forest floor*

I've just got done with today's set of Enchanted - should get around to posting it any minute - so I'm hoping the muse won't disappoint.

My favourite is the water drops on the leaf - so beautiful. But I like the one after it, of lichen among dead leaves.

Your story os great. Go with the flow. Forcing things might result in disaster. Nobody is bored - everyone's loving it, so be happy.

Thanks! I really do like to keep my eyes on the ground when walking around, as there's so much beauty there.

I think I need to keep reminding myself that even if it's fairly long for a drabble series, the overall word count is still not all that high - so it's okay not to have squeezed everything in it yet. And that it's different from Haunted, which was more a series of snapshots, which enabled me to hop from one thing to another more easily, while this is a far more continuous story.

Those are all so gorgeous! I think my favorite is the green fungus in the leaf, but the lichen and sunset pictures (including the water) are gorgeous as well.

Have you considered going pro?

Thanks! I do constantly find it amazing just how many wonderful little details there are in nature.

And no, I haven't - there are far too many pros already! ;-) Or at least people with better cameras than mine and a good eye and connections - it's a very small market.

excuse me whilst I drool over the quality of your picts...especially the dew drops.

GORGEOUS!!!

I'm going to say, though, that if either Hermione or Severus are still telling you anything about what happened, you are doing good. I've had couple of good starts before that they tell me just enough to get people interested and then they stop telling me what happened. *snerk*

Thanks. :-D The drops looked so lovely even in reality!

And I suppose you're right, so I shouldn't complain. :-D
