So. I seem to be mostly in satisfactory, if not sterling health. Which is good.
Heart rate somewhat faster than it should be (according to both ECG and the doctor listening with the stethoscope), but not alarmingly so, thus I've been ordered to eat magnesium for a while and to take it easy. Leukocyte level somewhat higher than it should be, but not alarmingly so, pointing most likely to exhaustion - so I should take it easy. Blood sugar level a bit higher than it should be, but nothing alarming as such - should just re-test for that in a month or so on a completely empty stomach to be sure.
Cholesterol very good, erythrocyte level very good, all other blood thingies great, urine very good, eyes what they've been for a while now, X-ray machine broke down so no idea about what my lungs might be like. Oh, apparently I'm not overweight either (what a surprise there ;-)). Shoulder and upper back muscles way too tense, otherwise body seems okay, yay.
So all in all, the diagnosis seemed to be "overworked, exhausted, but nothing really wrong - just a few potential alarm signs that should not be ignored". And a suggestion to the office to adjust my workload and to avoid overtime and such things - should hopefully eventually cut down on the rather too high amount of anxiety attacks I've been having lately, too.
I should do some work now, considering I didn't really get much done in the office in the morning and took some home instead (and just haven't managed to get there yet) but I really feel like reading instead... hmpf. Oh well, maybe an hour or two won't be that bad.
