The sea is always really blue there on sunny days. I love the contrast with the white and the green though - it's really beautiful.
Of course, getting there for the rare good day would be tricky, wouldn't it? :D
This winter, at least... some years we've had much lovelier winters, with more snow and ice and sunshine. This year it would have taken a lot of luck to catch the right time!
