That does sound like something to be cautiously optimistic about with your cat. Not that I have much idea what 'optimistic' actually means... Anyway, I hope she continues to improve. And that you do, too!
If there's differences between US and UK English, I wouldn't be surprised if there's differences between English and Estonian.
