Sick and tired

Decided to stay home today as I've been having a small (but nasty/annoying) fever since Sunday, which didn't pass yesterday as I'd hoped. Managed to breathe in some dust yesterday too which led to a somewhat unpleasant evening and a totally cough-ridden night... was around 4 am that I finally managed to sort of fall asleep, after getting just too exhausted from all the coughing. It's been a little better today but now I'm completely aching inside and breathing isn't easy as my lungs and muscles are all hurting.
At least I think it's "just" dust-caused cough and not a cold-induced cough... hopefully will pass by tonight. As will the fever (which mostly already has, now I'm hoping it won't come back as I really should get back to the office today). I'm rather tired, have been working most of the day anyway (at least I got some reasonably nice work for doing at home), and hungry. And cold. And there was no interesting mail today (read: post-office notes about me having received new parcels) either, pah! ;-)
I'm getting more and more tempted to buy that damned camera though as soon as it's in stock again. Otherwise I'll just spend way too much time thinking about it. Of course, then I'll start thinking about the accessories I'd "need" (an external flash - probably a requirement at some point; other/extra lenses and such)... grr, why does life have to be so difficult? ;-)
At least working at home has one major bonus point of being able to go and warm my nose in kittyfur whenever I feel like it, or whenever a kitty feels like it. :-)
