Thanks. It's better today - I'm very, very sneezy, but no throbbing headache at least.
Dust never helps, no, but I think it might also have been the unconfigured monitor that didn't help. Couldn't get to calibrating it properly until later, as it takes time, and a large LCD screen with brightness and contrast not adjusted really isn't a good thing.
